The manager provides leadership and assumes twenty-four hour accountability for patient care, operations, human resources/staffing, patient satisfaction, employee engagement and fiscal responsibility for the cardiac and procedural areas including the cardiac catheterization labs, hybrid OR, electrophysiology lab, and the interventional radiology suites. The manager is responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of processes that meet the goals and key performance indicators for cardiac and vascular procedural services. The manager ensures compliance with regulatory and legal standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License Or

• Upon hire: National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Or

• Upon hire: National Certification from Cardiovascular Credentialing International Or

• Upon hire: National Certification from American Registry of Radiologic Technologists

• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

• Upon hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association

• Within 30 days of hire: California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization

• 3 years Clinical experience in a cath/angiography lab

• 3 years Leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

• Master's Degree in Nursing

• 3 years experience managing a cath/angiography lab
